CTI began the process to become a Central Contractors' Registrant (CCR) in 2010. Successful completion of all the processes became official during the early part of 2011.
As a result of these efforts, CTI is entitled to enter into contracting, and sub-contracting negotiations for all Local, State, and Federal business opportunities that exist, either directly with Prime Contractors doing business with the government, or as a "Set Aside" participant engaged with its customers to win business awards as a Sub-Contractor.
CTI is a 100% Veteran-Owned, and Veteran-Operated company, and is therefore registered accordingly with the General Supply Administration (GSA), and the Small Business Administration (SBA). With our certifications through CCR, SBA, ORCA, and SAM, CTI can be pulled automatically into business negotiations to assist its customers win new government business bids and awards.

A wide variety of services are provided utilizing 48' and 53' vans, flatbeds, step decks and temperature controlled reefer vans. LTL and Intermodal services are also provided.
OWNERSHIP
Carl N. Meyer is the principle owner and CEO of the company with more than 35 years of experience in an executive capacity in the freight industry. Mr. Meyer is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, having served two tours in Viet Nam. CTI Freight Services therefore is a Viet Nam Era veteran owned company.
